Aggregates are suppied in either Bulk Bags (approx 1 tonne)  which is a more cost effective distribution method which enables us to pass on a small saving as well as being more environmentally friendly, or selected ranges are packed in convenient polythene large packs and are supplied as a minimum of 42 Bags (approx 1 tonne), on most of our ranges we can offer either of these options. Delivery will normally be made within 21 working days from receipt of your order.

   Sand & cement are not included with any of these patio kits. Living Stone recommend that paving kits are dry-laid to being permanently fixed in place. This  will help ensure that the kit will fit in the desired location and may help avoid the need for cutting around fixed obstacles.

All  paving should  be laid an a firm and  level base. Soft soil should be removed and ideally, a sub base of at least 75mm of crushed stone should be laid. It is important that the sub - base is then well compacted with a roller or tamper. A fall of at least 1:100 away from any adjoining building is required to allow surface water to drain. If paving is being laid next to the house, the top surface of the paving should lay at least 150mm below the damp- proof course.

Delivery will be made with a tail lift lorry and pump truck to nearest kerbside or hard-standing. If you have a gravel drive, or situated on a steep hill, we may not be able to deliver. Note: Due to the related costs of the heavy plant used cancellation charges may apply up to £40.00 per pallet should you cancel your order.
